MANASLU CLASSIC (10mm Vibram + Cordura black)

Thanks to its construction, this model is dedicated to walking. This is a completely new solution that is perfect for slow and fast walking. This model has been tested, e.g. while hiking the St. Jacob or trekking in the Himalayas. The straps go directly through the sole, creating a better angle on the foot. The new type of sole is profiled to the foot quite quickly, which makes the tapes rise up, excluding the possibility of abrasion.

The soft and flexible tape adheres perfectly to the foot without causing any abrasions. Thanks to the "side pillars", the strap is guided at the right height, which prevents it from slipping over the heel. Thanks to the snap buckle, the sandal is put on very quickly without the need for additional adjustment.

Manaslu Classic (10mm Vibram + Cordura black)
Are covered with Cordura and are fitted with threaded Vibram sole 10mm thick ideal for difficult forest tracks, gravel and asphalt roads. The binding system of Manaslu makes it ideal for walking.

Features of the 10mm sole:
The Vibram sole has unique properties that are great for running sandals.
The sole used in Monk Sandals is characterized by, among others:
- Lightness that improves mobility and saves energy.
- Excellent comfort during use. You don't feel them on your feet.
- The sole quickly contours to the foot.
- The sole is moderately stiff, so the front doesn't roll up.
- The sole is flexible, not very flexible.
- Easy to keep clean.
- Small size, making it easy to pack for any trip.
- The sole provides comfort when walking both in the city and in the field.
- The right rubber mixture gives a feeling of light cushioning (lack of hardness), protecting the foot from mechanical damage.
- The 10mm sole guarantees limited ground feel. The balance between minimalism and comfort is maintained. Sensitive feet will feel stones and unevenness, while barefoot connoisseurs will have full comfort.


Cordura padding properties:
Advantages:
- Durability, synthetic material resistant to abrasion and damage.
- Aesthetics, original design and classic color.
- Water resistance. No slipping of the foot in wet conditions.
- Easy to care for. The material is easy to clean and maintain.
- Versatile, can be used in all conditions.
Disadvantages:
- Constant contact with salt water may cause problems with the material peeling off at the edges of the sole.
- At very high temperatures, Cordura reflects heat, which can make your foot feel hot.
- If not dried properly, there may be a problem with an unpleasant smell.
- The slightly rough structure may be noticeable to sensitive feet.

Advantages of through-sole straps:
- Thicker, more durable side straps.
- Control of the degree of wear of the side straps.
- Possibility of easy replacement (repair kit available on the website).
- Better guidance angle (straps are closer to the edge and fit better under the foot).
- Grooves in the sole that hide the straps, so the straps do not have contact with the ground.
